Week 3:

Within a week the client replied that they had reviewed the suggested concierge package and approved the recommended services. Food Allergy Concierge are primarily doing remote management services which entails calling the vendors to discuss Samantha’s food allergies and her food preferences prior to her arrival and facilitate smooth and safe integration.

Other services FAC are providing are:

  •        A personal concierge will meet the client at the airport to introduce her to the country and review the procedures that have been put in place for her safety. They will also present her with food items including safe baked goods and meals so the client will always have something to snack on.
  •        Supplying a list of products which includes; bread, snacks and spreads that she’s allowed to have and send it to her so she can freely purchase these items when she’s out shopping.
  •        Supplying a list of safe products to the program organisers.
  •        Providing safe catered meals for the days when they get cash/coupons to buy fast food and there are no other allergy-safe options.
  •        Providing allergy-safe challah and baked goods weekly.
  •        On-call services- which gives the client access to constant advice and guidance via a designated WhatsApp group or if preferred, through text messaging.
  •        Nurse on-call service provided by Emacare; in the case of medical emergencies.

Next week:

The client arrives and begins her month-long stay in Israel. Stay tuned for a final update and summary of her vacation.

Week 2:

After carefully examining the detailed itinerary requested from the group tour company, the personal concierge sends the client a detailed recommended concierge package which includes a variety of services bringing together a perfect experience for the client.

Next week:

The client reviews the suggested concierge package and approves, request changes or extra services. Then all that’s left is for the personal concierge to gets to work!!!

Week 1:

The personal concierge then contacts the organization running the group trip requesting the itinerary of the child’s visit to Israel and begins the process of breaking down the trip into sections in order to see how to make the concierge package the most cost-effective for the client.

Foodallergyconcierge offers a wide range of services. The goal is always to make the client as inclusive as possible, while at the same time being uncompromising about safety.

Next week:

What Our Clients Say

Meticulous in their preparations

During our recent visit to Israel, we really struggled to find food for our son who has anaphylactic level allergies to egg and sesame. We approached both restaurants and hotels and were told they were unable or unwilling to take responsibility for preparing his food.

After learning about Dr. Eliana on-line, we contacted her in the hopes that she could provide a ‘normal’ restaurant experience for our family.

Both she and Shani were meticulous in their preparations with the restaurants to ensure that our son had a wonderful and safe experience.

We truly appreciate their efforts to take care of our son, and to provide us with a lovely vacation experience.

Comfortable, calm, and at ease

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing gift you have given us over this Pesach- the gift of having you with us!!!!

We have NEVER felt more comfortable, calm, and at ease than we did these past 10 days. Your warmth, professionalism, kindness, and care shown through in all that you did.

My children are so grateful that they were able to be with you this Pesach. You made sure that they were so well looked after and they felt so at ease and comfortable with you! You were so amazing and approachable to them! And they LOVED all the food you so amazingly prepared (supervised allergy-free food preparation, managed menus) for them!

It’s very difficult for us to trust people when it comes to our kids and allergies. You magically were able to take away ALL of our anxieties, and nervousness (and we don’t give that away so easily!!)

We can never fully thank you enough. We truly feel that you instantly became part of our family and we look forward to G-d willing being able to be with you and plan amazing trips with you many many many more times!!!!
